Recorded live in a New York City studio with minimal editing, Love in Exile is a startlingly present and emotionally open album created by three world-class musicians, featuring Vijay Iyer on piano and electronics, Shahzad Ismaily on bass and Moog synth and GRAMMY award-winning musician Arooj Aftab.

Following the album’s March release on Verve Records, the three will make their Cleveland debut as a trio. Featuring shimmering keyboard melodies, stirring vocals, earthy basslines and hypnotic drones, they come together and defy genre boundaries to perform an album of stunning gravitas and beauty.
