Bottlegate, Bedbugs, and Burying the Pennant

Weird doesn’t even begin to describe some of the moments in the history of Cleveland sports! The Cavs, Browns, and Indians do have their fair share of wild fans, staff, mascots, and players, and these stories prove it. Scoring layups in the wrong basket, fights with Triple-A teams, a gunshot wound while on a bus in a cheerleading outfit and go-go boots, a season-ending injury from popping a wheelie, almost losing an eye from a referee’s flag, being traded for yourself, insect invasions, mascots falling off outfield walls, and so many more. We’re sure some of these people will never live down these moments. We’d hate to be in their shoes!
