Yes. One-3-One accepts Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, CMHA vouchers and Eden vouchers. Call or text (216) 279-2236 to ask which available apartments fit your voucher.
No. One-3-One is not age-restricted. Anyone 18 or older can apply. Some of our listings say “55+ welcome” because seniors are welcome here, not because younger renters are excluded.

The security deposit equals one month’s rent ($925–$999 for a 1 bedroom, $1,190–$1,199 for a 2 bedroom). The application fee is $50 per applicant, and there is a $150 non-refundable lease origination fee.
Heat is included in rent. Residents pay electricity plus a monthly water, sewer and trash fee: $45 for a 1 bedroom and $45 for a 2 bedroom.

Yes. Parking is free for all residents. Garage spaces are available for an additional monthly fee.

Yes. All One-3-One buildings have elevators and on-site laundry facilities.
One-3-One is at 4605-4639 E 131st St, Garfield Heights, OH 44105. The leasing office is at 4629 E 131st St #107. Downtown Cleveland is about 15 minutes by car, with quick access to I-480.
