You love your pets and we do too, that’s why our community was built with your pets in mind. Here Smartland’s One-3-One Apartments, we’ve designed some awesome pet-friendly accommodations and features we know you and your pets will love. Pets just make life better and have been shown to benefit us both physically and mentally. They’re great for taking the pressure off, especially after stressful times at work. You know what else? Pets also help us connect with other people and encourage us to be more social. With all the benefits our furry companions have to offer, it’s no mystery to us why they’re loved so much, and we’ve strived to design a community that shows them that love, too, allowing you to enjoy life with your pets even more.
We strongly believe in and embrace a pet-friendly policy here at One-3-One in Smartland®. We just ask for a simple deposit, and we can allow you up to two pets (Dogs or Cats). Just provide us with your deposit a small additional fee for your pets added on to your monthly rent, and your little friends are here to stay.
